Effective March 23: Fully Remote Immigration Advising Services

Dear International faculty, staff, and students,

Effective Monday, March 23, the Office of Global Learning International Services is temporarily suspending in-person office hours and moving to fully remote assistance for our international students, scholars, and campus partners.

All questions and requests for advising should be made via email or by phone between 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Requests for travel signatures must be made online, and the signed document will be mailed to the recipient. Similarly, we will mail any documents typically picked up at our office. The recipient will receive an email when the document is ready to send, asking for the mailing address. If you had a document ready for pick up but were unable to collect it before closure, please email us so we can mail it to you.

If you continue in the U.S. and have not checked in with your Embassy or Consulate, please remember to do so.

Thank you for your understanding as we adapt our services to meet the needs of the community while taking precautions to keep the community safe and well.

Best,

Office of Global Learning International Services
