International Travel Support
Our mission is to encourage, support, and facilitate safe, healthy, and secure international travel for the Cornell community.
Cornell’s travel, health, and safety program is a critical university-wide service provided by Global Operations at no charge to the Cornell community. We provide:
- predeparture education and advising,
- a coordinated response to incidents and emergencies, and
- insurance coverage for emergency evacuation and urgent medical needs.
We also monitor impactful world events 24/7 and offer country-specific risk analysis if enhanced intelligence is required. Site visit guidance for program evaluations is also available.
