Queen Mary University of London is a Cornell Global Hubs partner institution, enabling students, staff and alumni to study, research, and teach at both institutions. Global Hubs connect the whole of Cornell with strong international peer institutions and their communities, countries, and regions.

Five research projects that bring together academics from Queen Mary University of London and Cornell University will receive seed funding. 

The Transnational Migration Workshop - a partnership between the Migrations Global Grand Challenge at Cornell and Queen Mary University's Centre for the Study of Migration - was hosted at the Queen Mary Malta campus in Gozo, with participants from the two universities also joined by migration researchers and practitioners working in Malta.

On October 9-10, academics from Queen Mary University of London and Cornell University met on the Queen Mary, Malta campus on the island of Gozo for a workshop on transnational migration.
