About the Center

For more than a century, Cornell and China have been connected through sustained academic exchange. Chinese scholars and students have chosen Cornell, while Cornell faculty, students, and alumni have worked in China as partners in research, teaching, learning, business, and more.

The China Center’s events educate young professionals and strengthen their bond with Cornell. At the same time, these activities provide alumni with a long-term platform for learning and networking, enhancing the overall alumni experience.

I had the privilege of giving a zoom presentation on climate and foods for alums of our Civic Ecology Lab online courses and Cornell. I was so impressed by the participants’ engagement and thoughtful questions and would love to engage with the Cornell China Center again.
