Contract Administrators and Authorized Signatories
Cornell's contract management platform, Icertis, is used to administer several types of international agreements. To initiate and execute any of these contract types, please contact your unit’s contract administrator.
Cornell's Policy 4.2 authorizes few individuals to sign agreements on behalf of a college, school, unit, center or the university. International institutional collaborations (memorialized by Memoranda of Agreement, Project Agreements, Letters of Intent, Letter Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, or any similar agreement, regardless of title) and international revenue-generating activities (memorialized by Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Educational Services Agreements, or any similar agreement regardless of title) are to be executed only by authorized signatories detailed below.
With the exception of the VPIA or University Counsel, authorized signatories may not delegate signatory authority to anyone else.
