“As a current fourth-year medical student, I know firsthand the importance of personal protective equipment such as masks, face shields, and gowns when treating vulnerable patients. These precautions are not only to help protect yourself but also to help protect other patients or people from becoming patients. Chicago is being hit hard by COVID-19. I’ve set up a fundraiser to help get these needed materials to front line health workers as soon as possible. However, the abroad distribution and manufacturers require large quantity minimum purchases. It would be amazing if my fellow Cornellians could contribute to making this happen! The more money raised the more I can distribute to not only hospital workers but also first responders. If you or a loved one ends up sick, you want to make sure the healthcare workers are ready and able to treat you.” Go Fund Me Page.
