Collaborations and Agreements
The MOA Registry is a contract management platform to administer international agreements. As of June 24, 2019, the MOA Registry website and process have changed.
The Office of the Vice Provost for International Affairs provides guidance and resources for faculty and college leadership across the university's campuses. The office also maintains an up-to-date database of international collaborative agreements across all units.
Cornell has more than 300 active MOA with universities and institutions worldwide. These agreements are established either directly by the Office of the Vice Provost for International Affairs on behalf of the president or provost in the case of university-wide relationships or, in the case of the more frequent lower-level collaborations, through specific colleges or operating units.
